Rainy Afternoon in the Japanese Gardens

Another rainy afternoon session in the Japanese Gardens in Toowoomba! Maybe I’m making it rain by scheduling sessions there! For a few hours beforehand there was some indecision- will we/ wont we? Luckily enough we decided to go ahead with the session, and just as well, as the overcast sky and rain brought out the most beautiful colours in the gardens. Mind you, it didn’t rain for long 🙂

This family did so well with their colour-coordination and style. And I just loved the pink jacket….. might have to find one for my daughter!!

These two little girls are almost polar opposites in personality. Little Miss 4 was posing it up and working the camera. Little Miss 7 would rather have not been there at all, I think! But I did manage to get a photo of her that is up there with one of my most favourite shots I have ever taken! (See below).

And I just love LOVE this photo! The calmness, serene-ness (is that a word?), the colour, and the expression. Beautiful!
