When I met this family in Toowoomba for their photo session at the Japanese Gardens, I didn’t know I was about to find out so much about dinosaurs! Isn’t it amazing how kids can fix on one topic and soak up all they can about it? (My son was the same- with Thomas trains, then dinosaurs, and so it went on!) I found out all about which were meat-eaters and plant-eaters, all while clicking away some beautiful shots of this family. (You might even spot a dinosaur or two in the photos if you look carefully).

This session took place on the Sunday of Carnival of Flowers….I don’t think I have ever seen the Japanese Gardens quite so busy!! (It was like Bondi Beach….without the sand). We manged to find some quieter spots, and in other photos, I had to make a few bystanders magically “disappear”!

Just after these photos were taken this little Miss also photo-bombed some wedding photos that were happening right near us. Whoops! Lucky she’s so cute!
